Welcome to London Scottish House known informally as LSH. We offer a tiered approach to office services, events and hospitality through our flexible but integrated packages. These are designed to give you maximum flexibility and value for money to accommodate your business office requirements in London from the start of the business idea to basing your first small team. We aim to support your growth with meeting, conferencing and hospitality space to suit for needs.
Here’s how it works. Start by joining our community by signing up to ‘Capercaillie’. Registration provides access to our community break out room, pay as you go spaces; and our calendar of social and cultural events. Whether a regular visitor to London or just passing through, access to ‘Puffin’ provides 3 options for a ‘London SW1’ address: a virtual address for business cards and letterheads; a postal address for mail (mail forwarding is available as an extra); or a registered address for a company or charity incorporation. A physical presence at LSH is provided by way of our ‘Grouse’ coworking package for both open plan (Covid limited to 6 people at present) and private space available by the hour, day, or week for those private telephone zoom calls or one to one meetings. Once you are established why not upscale to our ‘Ptarmigan’ licenced office package? Available for three months at a time for up to a year. There is a small service charge on top to cover cleaning, utilities and insurance. Rooms have basic furniture, and as with all our packages access to wi fi is included in our prices.
Why not make use of our meeting and conferencing service called ‘Osprey’ which offers a range of meeting rooms of varying capacity and with AV available?
